Kerr County Women's Chamber, Inc. Newsletter
February 2012

Presidents Message

Dear members,

We’re off and running into the new year and looking forward to the Women’s Chamber’s 40th Anniversary celebration in March, selecting a nominating committee at our February 1st meeting to determine a slate for new officers for the 2012-13 term, building our membership one by one, and selecting scholarship winners for June presentations.  I hope your new year is progressing in the direction you want it to as well.

You’ll be hearing more about our 40th Anniversary meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 7th at the YO Resort Hotel.   This will be a BIG day so be sure to mark your calendar and attend this special day of celebration.   Plans include appropriate decorations, special guests, and an inspirational guest speaker to name a few.  This is a good time to invite guests to join you and introduce them to the many benefits and worthy endeavors sponsored by our organization now and throughout the years.  One of our great strengths has been the ability to adjust, redefine, and prosper in order to benefit individuals and the Kerrville community.  Every member should be proud of this legacy, and embrace the renewal of our commitment to the future contributions of our organization.

I personally thank each of you for your involvement and support to make our goals and dreams come true.  Please let me know if I can be of assistance to you.

Remember … Count Your Blessings,

Bev Bond, President
